We offer 30-day returns for a full refund. If your item is defective or damaged on arrival please contact us using the form on this page and we’ll issue a prepaid return label. For returns that are not related to damage or defect you will be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. Contact us with questions or concerns. We will do everything possible to ensure 100% satisfaction. 

The Schtick will work with nearly any toy on the market, you simply need to swap the head attachment. Be sure to check out our Accessories page for the ever expanding list of options.

We currently ship anywhere in the USA or Canada. If you are outside of these regions please contact us and we will look into any custom shipping options available. 

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 48 hours – and depending on the recipients location can generally arrive within 7-10 business days.
